In the past 4 years, I don't remember a time when I was not contacted during a vacation to fix an issue. Not just during vacations, but weekends too, occasionally. Although I am not contractually obligated to work overtime, after hours, on weekends, and on vacations, I feel it is my moral obligation to do so. As a Database Engineer who is responsible for all the data in the company, I have a sense of responsibility toward my work. So to answer your question, Yes, I am flexible to work any schedule, as long as it is reasonable.
