"Yes, I trained two individuals on XYZ skill in my previous job. First I had them shadow me so that they could see what I was doing. I made myself very approachable by making sure they felt comfortable asking questions, speaking slowly and demonstrating. I asked them if they wanted to try while I shadowed them.
