I think as long as my work is praised and my hard work is recognized, I would be more than happy and motivated. I would like to be heard, my ideas and my inputs to be heard and considered with an open mind, give me feedback if it isn't a great idea and praise me if it is.

Awesome! The interviewer will appreciate this answer, but consider being even more specific. When you mention being praised and recognized, do you mean via a written review, verbally by your manager, and/or in a social situation? Also, are you motivated by financial incentives like bonuses or non-monetary perks like extra PTO? Add more specifics to your response to strengthen it further. Great job!
