Awesome! The interviewer will appreciate this answer, but consider being even more specific. When you mention being praised and recognized, do you mean via a written review, verbally by your manager, and/or in a social situation? Also, are you motivated by financial incentives like bonuses or non-monetary perks like extra PTO? Add more specifics to your response to strengthen it further. Great job!
