"During my time in college, I have used a few team-based messaging applications with classmates and have always been very quick to pick up any new programs we used. I am best versed in Microsoft Teams and Freedcamp. In this role at Jetstar Airways, I know that I will need to be in communication regularly throughout the day with the flight crew and other ramp agents. I'm open to working with any programs you use and hope to be brought up to speed on it shortly after starting."

"For my current group of flight attendants, my airline utilizes an app called UChat, and it is great for communications on shift swapping and coordinating travel plans with the crew I will be with. I love that I can receive and send up-to-date information to my entire team throughout the organization. If I'm fortunate enough to join Jetstar Airways, I'm ready and willing to use whatever is available among the team here. Can you elaborate on any programs you are currently using?"

Give the interviewer a brief overview of the apps you have experience using during your career and, potentially, your education. It will be important that your interviewer understands your comfort in learning and mastering new programs. Don't hesitate to reiterate why instant communication methods are vital to the role you are interviewing for at Jetstar Airways.

I haven't had much experience with team-based messaging applications, however, I have used a lot of programs similar for personal use, such as Facebook Messenger, so I feel I will be able to pick up whichever program very fast.

It's okay to be honest when you lack experience, but the main focus should be on your willingness and ability to learn. Great job!
