If either or both of them are already at a good cadence, and stakeholders are comfortable taking ownership, I should be able to delegate more. Then, depending on the organizational structure, I would connect with my superior to let them know if I foresee any issues with my bandwidth. To release some of the pressure, I will leverage the resources that are available to me, for example, automation through project management software. I can optimize automation, such as task follow-ups for my current projects so that I don't have to spend too much time getting updates from team members. This will help lessen the need for time-consuming meetings."
