Give them insights as to what motivates and inspires you on a personal level, as well as how you stay motivated throughout your workday, rather than focusing on tangible rewards or compensation. Detail how you approach your work, regardless of the nature of the work, or whether the task is high-pressure or monotonous. Share what helps you stay productive throughout your workday and that you won't burn out quickly in your field while detailing how you'll complement their teams.

"Well, I start by asking questions. I want to know not just the immediate goal for any work that needs to be done, but the ultimate goals as well. If I can share in the vision of the company, then I will have some investment to put my all in. I am very self-guiding in my work and very career focused and goal-driven, and I need to know how the work that needs to be done will benefit my development. So in that way, I am self-motivated. Having a deeper understanding helps motivate me more than anything."
