"Well, I start by asking questions. I want to know not just the immediate goal for any work that needs to be done, but the ultimate goals as well. If I can share in the vision of the company, then I will have some investment to put my all in. I am very self-guiding in my work and very career focused and goal-driven, and I need to know how the work that needs to be done will benefit my development. So in that way, I am self-motivated.
