Your interviewer is interested in how well aligned your perception is with theirs. Your self-awareness will inform them to a degree of your emotional intelligence. Additionally, this question can serve as a confidence test, especially since, for some, this question can generate feelings of insecurity, stress, and anxiety. Remain confident, and take advantage of this opportunity to take another stab at those questions you wished you'd answered a little differently.
