When your interviewer asks about your work style or ethic, they seek to determine your skill level and professionalism. Explain how you deliver results, doing your work the right way right off the bat while preventing rework. Align your values to the values of DHL Logistics. Talk about the tools and resources you used to plan your work and stay organized on the job. Exhibit your strong time management skills, the standards you used to prioritize your work, and your ability to assess the timing, commercial importance, and your priorities.

Multitasking is challenging for most. How you track your progress and pick up where you left off on a task you had to shelve when more pressing priorities took precedence is important. Staying productive and preventing rework is part one of this. Being singularly focused is a strength, so long as you can shift gears and exhibit flexibility when the need arises.
