At DHL Logistics, we value and reward honesty. On a scale from 1 to 10, how honest are you?

Elaborate on your self-perception, integrity, and the moral compass that guides you. Express that you try to be honest with yourself as often as possible, especially when confronted with emotionally confusing situations. Offer that you see great value in transparency while consistently respecting the chain of command. Speak to your intentions and self-accountability.
