QUESTION 13 OF 35

Do you prefer performing routine work on a day-to-day basis, or would you rather mix up your routine on occasion?

This question aims to determine how sustainable an employee you'd be in an environment such as theirs. Your interviewer will ask this question to gauge if you lean towards one aspect of the job versus another and if you prefer a predictable routine or thrive on unpredictability. Try to strike a balance when you answer this question. Whether your personality type leans more towards introverted or extroverted, give an answer as close to the middle as possible. Indicate that you are up to the challenge without hesitation.

"I prefer working in a more predictable environment because I can be more effective in my tasks. With that said, I can certainly work in an unpredictable environment from time to time."

"I prefer an organized workplace where I can prepare for my daily tasks ahead of time. A solid level of organization creates efficiencies, and I can submit a complete job. I can also adapt well when unexpected situations arise."
