We are looking for individuals who are effective leaders and decision-makers. What decisions did you routinely make in your last position?

"In my previous position I was often tasked with making decisions on employee hiring and terminating. While I often had to make difficult decisions, I believe that that role prepared me quite well for a position like this one, as it forced me to think quickly and rely on my intuition. Delivering these decisions helped me to become a better, more assertive communicator who doesn't stray from difficult conversations."

"In my previous position, I was tasked with making small and large decisions on a daily basis when it came to content management. I was responsible for planning the content calendar, including emails, blog post topics, social media posts, in addition to actually executing the plans. I collaborated with management to decide what promotions and sales we would be running and when. Through this role, I learned to effectively liaise with other teams and rely on my own organizational skills to put decisions, big and small, into practice."
