At Cisco, we place great value on fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. When have you worked amongst a diverse group of people?

"I have worked with diverse groups of people most of my career, including my time in university. I am most comfortable and happy in this type of environment because it offers great learning opportunities and fosters a diversity of experiences and perspectives."

"To be completely honest, the previous team that I worked on was not diverse in the slightest. I noticed that the hiring manager tended to interview and hire individuals who were similar to him in background and identity. This was something that bothered me as I place great value on working in an environment that is equitable and inclusive and brings together team members of varied backgrounds. I value hearing opinions that are different than my own and think that doing so makes me a more effective team member. I'm drawn to Cisco because of the emphasis you've placed on fostering this kind of environment as a company."
