I one time had an employee that started having outbursts on the floor, visibly upset when little things went wrong. After 3 days of this, I pulled the employee off the floor. I learned a member of their family member was unwell. I told them about our employee resources. After they started speaking to employee assistance and getting the help they needed, their conduct returned to being professional.
