Our staff wasn't hitting their productivity goals. The techniques we were using to incentivize weren't working. In my free hours, I created a work appropriate playlist that crossed all genres of music with mass appeal. Every song I chose was fast-paced music that a person would want to dance to. The playlist had a duration of 10 hours. So I played this during our shifts and everyone not only complimented the change of music, but exhibited a marked increase in productivity.
