We had a conveyor system go down. And this was during our busy time of the season. I had to figure out the best way to re route packages to other buildings as well as quickly move the packages in the warehouse to another conveyor system. I assembled a team to move all the packages to the other system and also coordinate with other warehouse to route incoming packages. I got all 1500 orders out and did not miss an out delivery.
