No one else noticed it, but it was pretty obvious to me. I guess I'm smarter than everyone else.
We had a stealth worker, keeping productive and busy. When reviews came around, they scored average in the "Above & Beyond" section. They felt their efforts were unrecognized and complained to me about the situation, hoping I could change their review. Although out of my hands, I created a very simple task sheet for them to document any accomplishments and space for anything above and beyond. I gave them a flash drive with the template and advised they take it to a print center and have a pad made. They had the craft tools at home and did it themself. Every week this employee turned it in to management. Pretty soon, everyone was aware of how above and beyond this stealth worker was performing. They never complained about their raise aft that.
