What is your greatest weakness?

As in any video interview, the camera angle should be at eye level. Positioning it too low will make you come across as domineering. Too high and you'll seem too weak or small. So center it, and make sure your lighting is equally balanced as well.

"I'd say that a personal weakness is that I am color blind, and when it comes to recommending televisions, for example, I can only attest to definition, but not to the color. To make up for this, I am very well-read, and ensure I am fully versed on all the specs. This way, I can share those facts, and then let the customer decide what works best for them based on their priorities."
