"Well, I recently helped a customer who bought a product that they claimed was defective. It was clear they hadn't read the instructions thoroughly and inadvertently damaged the item when trying to set it up. So, I listened to them, politely asked them questions, and did what I could to help them. I then graciously shared with them my experience of how difficult it was for me to set up the same item, and suggested they hire out our service techs to help them with the installation. So, they agreed, and in the end, everything worked out."
