"Well, I am often quarterbacking for my supervisors, leading by example and setting the pace, rhythm, and positive morale for the team. I often drive the effort to the finish line. I am also very proactive in developing my skills as well. Beyond that, I don't have any real leadership experience that comes with a title. But, I have considered pursuing leadership positions in the past. I just haven't committed yet. Not until the timing feels right."
