Like every car dealership, Audi uses a Customer Relations Management program on their computer to keep track of customers' information. The interviewer needs to know that you are familiar with computers and are not intimidated by using them. Share with the hiring manager how you have used computers in past positions and are always willing to learn new systems.

"I have used a variety of customer information applications. My previous position used Affinity - Car-Research System, but I am willing to learn any system you have. Our system required that we enter and extract information on our laptops, so I am pretty well-acquainted with a computer. I look forward to learning the system Audi uses. and don't think it will take me long to master it."
