Audi, like every other dealership, will track the numbers to gauge performance. The company will need you to set sales objectives and then stay on track during the month to ensure you will meet them. Assure the interviewer that you are comfortable with strict sales targets. If you have worked in this environment before, talk about what you did to ensure that your goals were met. Discuss your ability to work under pressure and consistently meet your company's expectations.

"In my current position, we have to set goals for units sold every month. I work with my manager to set realistic targets, and then he and I work together to maintain my progress so that I reach them. I also am required to meet a CSI (customer sales index) score of 900 or better. I have consistently met my objectives. Should you decide to hire me, I will be one of your best sales consultants both in cars sold and customer care. I can hardly wait to show you what I can do!"
