One of the best pieces of advice here is to just be yourself. You want to come across as sincere and authentic in how you present yourself. You want to come across as genuine and comfortable in your own skin. Doing so will make your interviewer's job much easier. It is their goal to get to know you better. By letting them get to know you, they'll feel a greater assurance their teams will also have little difficulty getting to know you and will put them at ease. But consider how you want to present your authentic self. Be filtered and professional as well as personable. Also, try to reflect their culture and core values in how you present yourself. Doing so will give them greater confidence that you're the right fit for this job and their culture.

ALDI stores describe their company culture as "very people oriented, which creates a friendly working environment." so keep this in mind when presenting them with your best self. "We are all part of a big team, the ALDI family, so working together is key to success. The focus on personal development is what makes ALDI stand out from the rest."
Also, ALDI has three core values. "Consistency... Leads to reliability. We mean what we say. We are consistent in our dealings with people, product, price and all other aspects of our day-to-day professional life. Simplicity... Creates efficiency, clarity and direction within our organization as well as for our customers. Responsibility... Stands for our commitment toward our people, customers, partners and the environment, as outlined in our Corporate Sustainability Principles. It also includes principles such as fairness, honesty, openness, service standards and friendliness." So when presenting your answers throughout your interview, try to be consistent in your narrative. Try to showcase your sense of responsibility, and how you value simplicity when approaching your work.

"I actually grew up in Iowa City, Iowa, and frequently shopped at the original US ALDI location. I know it used to be a Giant Food Market, because my dad was a grocer at a nearby Giant. I kind of grew up in the grocery world, and naturally, when I moved to Ohio to go to college, I landed in a grocery job here. Now that I am close to entering into my summer again, taking a break from my coarse load, I thought about how I always Loved ALDI, so thought about and realized I'd love to work here."
