Question 26 of 39

What are your weaknesses?

"I would say that although I am anxious to develop my leadership skills, I struggle with being able to delegate effectively. I know how to communicate what needs to be done, the stakes involved, and how everyone's efforts need to be coordinated, and all of that. But where I struggle is the confidence to execute that communication. Like right now, I feel zero pressure sharing that with you. But when speaking in front of my team, I stumble and suffer a little stage fright, and rush through my communication. I know the habits I need to overcome, and I am working on them. It's just taking a while to get there."
