I've had many recruiters come my way, but I'm not interested in working just anywhere. One of the reasons I was so excited to interview with Airbnb is the endless growth opportunities you appear to offer for your high-performing employees. My biggest ambition is to be awarded a Senior UI Engineer position in the next three to five years. I would be honored to have the chance to prove myself here, at Airbnb, and would do everything in my power to earn my keep."

"What interests me most about your company is that there are a variety of options when it comes to career growth. Many companies advertise opportunities for growth from within, but with Airbnb, it seems there is a genuine opportunity. Ideally, I'd like to find a long-term fit and would prefer to earn my way into a team lead role, then into a Product Manager position in the Data Science and Analytics Department. I have a sincere interest in eventually moving into a Data Science Manager position. Of course, I understand that this will take many years of dedication and hard work. But I've mapped out my five-year career plan and charted attainable micro-goals and milestones to help make this attainable."
