When do you feel your leadership skills are most effective?

This question assesses your leadership style and whether you solely delegate or if you work side by side with your team when you can afford to. Those who lead by 'Do as I say, not as I do' talk the talk but rarely walk the walk. If you hold a supervisory role, it's important to acknowledge the need for situational management. If you are not in a supervisory role, mention an example of a time you took on a leadership role. Show the interviewer that you recognize solid working relationships start with clear communication, trust, and honesty. Explain the techniques you employ to build relationships while motivating your team.
