Your answer should demonstrate your commitment to your job and your ability to motivate yourself by whatever means possible. You might mention you are motivating by meeting goals, by being recognized by peers for great work performance, or seeing a project through to completion. Whatever it is that motivates you, be sure to explain what drives you to produce quality work and perform at work.

"I remain motivated by seeing projects through to successful completion and meeting short-term goals.
