"Considering I have three years experience in a similar role, but have not yet held a managerial title, I would expect to earn 10% more than I currently am. That would put me right in the middle of the salary range you provided in the job posting. I think this would be appropriate because I have the necessary training and experience, and I am look to grow and develop as a leader. I am already familiar with some of the programs used here and if hired, I plan on staying for the foreseeable future."
