In your experience, what have been some reasons you've chosen to end a relationship with a vendor?

Even if you have not had to end a relationship with a vendor, share what might ultimately push you to end a relationship.

"I have come to realize that having good standing relationships with vendors makes the job much easier. If I receive consistent poor customer service, I really consider the option of ending a contract. Also, if I am ever able to save the company money by switching vendors, I am sure to do diligent research and end a contract, if need be. It is my job to keep the best interest of the company top of mind, so I am always considering the cost-benefit analysis."
