"My former coworkers would describe me as dependable, warm, and innovative. I enjoy getting to know the people I work with on a personal level and I make it a point to ask about their families and personal interests. I think it important to develop friendships and find commonalities with colleagues. I am also someone who can be relied on to follow through with any ask. When I say I will do something, I deliver on that promise. I strive to do what I say and say what I mean. My colleagues would also say that I have creative ideas, and I often come up with unique approaches to solve problems and make our work more efficient."
