"When researching for new vendors, I look for specific things like known reputation, product quality, shipping information, organization and price point, and customer service. I make a point to reach out to customer service to get a read on their responsiveness and professionalism. I am sure to closely compare costs and consider the cost benefit analysis of working with a few different vendors. This helps me narrow down my options and make the best educated decision."
