"I am comfortable with a fluctuating workload. In addition to my professional roles, I have attended school in pursuit of a graduate degree for the last two years. There are times in which I am very busy and others when there is a lull. I have learned to plan ahead and do all that I can during slower times so that my work is as efficient as possible during stressful times. I also do my best to plan personal events or vacations during times that align well with my professional commitments. Finally, I devote time to taking care of myself mentally and physically. I use various techniques to help reduce stress and improve focus during my busiest times. I feel confident I will be able to successfully navigate stressful and busy times as an administrator at XYZ University."
