"In my role as a department admin at XYZ company I am responsible for reconciling the travel and expense records for the department. Many of our consultants travel frequently and I book their travel in accordance with our budget. I then process all of their expense reports and receipts upon their return and reconcile the budget accordingly before I submit the official records to accounting. I've been responsible for this aspect of my role for the last two years and I process roughly 30,000 in receipts a month.

I reviewed the financial responsibilities for the university administrator role and I feel confident my attention to detail and ability to organize large sums of financial records will help me be successful in the role if hired."
