Describe how you evaluate success at a high level and then include a few role-specific details to convince your interviewer you know how success is measured in the type of role you're aiming for. For example, an administrator responsible for coordinating student or alumni events might discuss success in regard to staying on budget. A registrar's office administrator might discuss their success in terms of efficiency.
