How to Answer
Avoid saying what you think the interviewer wants to hear just to make a good impression. If you aren't honest, you might find yourself in a job that's not a good fit. For example, if you prefer working independently and have an introverted, reserved personality, it's unlikely you'll be happy in a high-energy, collaborative environment.
