Additionally, describe a strategy for establishing trust. These two areas are critical pathways for an organization development professional to bridge groups together in a healthy way.

"Initially, I would work directly with all of the teams within my program to ensure I am up to speed and understand their worlds properly. Likewise, I would spend time with my stakeholder groups to understand their operations and needs. These shadowing and information-gathering efforts would serve as a foundation to bridge groups together.

I would facilitate discussions when I identify potential conflicts or collaboration opportunities across groups. I would help them understand the operations and perspectives of each area so that we could effectively identify the highest-value solutions.

On an individual level, I would be accountable for my work and would be as transparent as possible. I would handle sensitive information with the respect and grace it deserves and maintain a continual flow of information to best support each group. Over time, I feel these strategies would combine to support me in establishing myself as the go-to person that bridges each group together."
