Interviewers ask this question to identify candidates that can demonstrate an understanding of these processes they will participate in regularly if hired.
While everyone will have a slightly different answer to this question, interviewers will expect candidates to cover certain project planning standards within their response. Remember to include scope definition, budget planning, activity brainstorming, high-level analysis, and approvals within your response.
