"I have participated in leadership development programs as a participant and worked within an organizational development group to coordinate a leadership development program. I completed several Franklin Covey Classes, including Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Seven Habits for Managers, and the Six Critical Practices of Leading a Team. I learned a lot and was able to help those who took the classes after I did apply the concepts to their specific workflows and challenges.
In my current role, I work on a team that manages our LinkedIn Learning material. We develop the customized role and department-based course paths, assist with the implementation, and monitor the usage. I developed and implemented an employee reward and recognition program to offer incentives to employees who complete courses outside the required material.
