Focus on an aspect of the job that the interviewer can identify with. For example, saying that you do not like when work is called off because of inclement weather or that you feel frustrated when materials show up late to a project are aspects of the profession the interviewer can relate to.

Avoid mentioning a part of the job that is essential to your job duties. If you say that you dislike working with clients or scheduling personnel, the interviewer will feel you are not equipped to handle your job.

"There are very few aspects of the job that I dislike. If I had to choose something, I would say I dislike when suppliers do not keep their word and materials show up late."
