If traveling is not an issue for you, focus on your excitement about the opportunity to travel to new places. If traveling for extended periods will be an issue, be honest and explain why. If you have a valid reason for not being able to leave for months on end, the interviewer may have compassion and try to figure out how they can work around that if they choose to hire you.
