I believe it is essential to provide opportunities for women in terms of career mobility, leadership, and professional development to ensure they can realize their goals."

"In my opinion, equity means more than better compensation for women. I believe stronger workplace protections for women who experience harassment and greater accountability for their harassers are essential steps to foster an environment in which women can thrive. If we provide a space in which women feel comfortable and provide better financial compensation and opportunities for advancement, we will start to see positive changes in the area of gender equity."

Remember that gender equity differs from gender equality. "Equity" means that everyone has different experiences and opportunities in life and attempts to provide the resources necessary to reach an equal outcome. "Equality" refers to a situation in which everyone is provided the same set of resources.
