Rachelle's Feedback
A warm and welcoming environment is important for WestJet. Very good! If you can, bring in an aspect of the WestJet customer promise. I have provided a sample, below.
"As WestJet asks its employees, I would care from the heart, and act like an owner. I would always ensure that the customers' needs and expectations are met while maintaining all safety protocols, ensuring a positive interaction, warm and welcoming environment."

I will contribute to WestJet's success by representing the company positively by upholding its mission statement and values. I will ensure that clients are satisfied and have a positive experience they can share with family and friends.

Rachelle's Feedback
You've got the right idea! Strengthen your response by mentioning the WestJet mission statement and values, including what some of them are. There is no need to memorize them all; however, you must show you have done the research. A good rule of thumb is that if your answer could be used generically for other companies, it isn't as strong as it could be :). I have provided an example below.
"I will ensure that your service standards are continually met by acting like an owner and caring from the heart; exactly what the WestJet ethos is all about. I will safeguard the guest experience and continually deliver the service standard that travelers have come to expect from the WestJet brand."
