What are your views on the importance of fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment?

"Honestly, working in a culture devoid of diversity, equity, and inclusion would be counter-intuitive to my career goals. I am very ambitious and driven and count on learning and growing from as many diverse perspectives as possible. I rely heavily on my teams to help me learn and grow. If I only worked with those who thought like me and did things the way I do, I wouldn't get anywhere. Besides, I want to have fun at work, and working somewhere devoid of diversity and culture doesn't sound like much fun."
