As a Wayfair customer, I think the top 3 elements that ensure my satisfaction are: products arrive as described and intact; delivery experience: products arrive on time and delivered seamlessly; and customer service is crucial in case I need to report a problem. As a category manager, I think it's absolutely key for me to identify and source from reliable suppliers and make sure the descriptions of the products are complete and accurate. Also, I need to work closely with the logistics department to ensure that delivery would have no issue. Lastly, it's key to prepare the customer service team for special products that require extra handling.

I think the top 3 ways to ensure customer satisfaction are:
1) A great shopping experience, where the products are easy to find, with lots of product pictures, detailed descriptions, and an uncomplicated checkout process.
2) An efficient delivery: on time, the products are promised, they arrive intact, and the assembly instructions are clear.
3) The customer service is efficient and prepared in case of problems with delivery or requests of return.
