If you are already with Spectrum, that's excellent news, and it will make your response simple. If you are with a competitor, discuss why you went with them. When it came time to renew, Spectrum did not have any enticing offers going so I joined the other company for a pretty good deal. My contract is nearly over and, should I be a successful candidate, would certainly switch back to Spectrum."
