"I researched SpaceX before meeting you today. I like your branding, and your online presence is strong. "Focus on hiring the best. Whatever the role is, hire the best person. Regardless of any identifying characteristic, look for and hire those that produce the best product."
"The biggest complaint that I have heard from any SpaceX employees (former or current) is the demanding workload. I think that by relieving some of that workload, employees will have more time for personal lives, families, and friends, which will overall provide a better quality of life for SpaceX employees."
