Almost every hotel company will have a personal appearance standard they will expect you to adhere to. Many hospitality-based companies will require you to wear a uniform. This decision can also be for security reasons or to help customers be able to identify you better. this is a wonderful opportunity to discuss in detail what some of the personal appearance standards might be. It is okay to ask to see the outfit before you agree to wear it.
