The assessment vendor will evaluate your vocal inflections and nonverbal cues to assess your comfort level regarding being immersed in a culturally diverse environment. They'll look for indicators such as stammering, struggling to find the right words, folding arms, leaning back in the chair, or giving off any other defensive posture. A person who has experience working with people from all walks of life, and has no difficulty being immersed in a culturally rich environment, will have no trouble navigating this question.
Familiarize yourself with GM's taglines and phrases surrounding 'inclusiveness' and 'diversity,' and try to weave those key terms into your answer organically. Speak sincerely about your open-mindedness and being a universally inclusive person. The subtlety of this question is in "increasing your awareness."
