What does the word hospitality mean to you?

Hospitality is the act of service bestowed from one individual to another and as such, it is the very heartbeat of the Hotel business. The interviewer understands what hospitality means, and now they want to see that you know the nuances behind providing excellent levels of hospitality to the esteemed guests of Four Seasons Hotels.

"There is a famous quote by Maya Angelou that says, 'People will forget what you said, forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.' To me, hospitality is making my guests feel comfortable, cared for, and welcomed. They should always leave with a smile on their face, knowing they received the utmost care and respect.
