Most hotels will have guest loyalty, or rewards programs, for regular customers. Four Seasons does not have a traditional loyalty program. However, they do have an invitation-only Elite status available for guests. Before your interview, visit the Four Seasons Hotels website and note the various offerings available to its Elite customers. Talk to the interviewer about the perks and benefits that you noticed. With enthusiasm, you could also discuss the perks that excited you most.

According to the Four Seasons website, the perks of being an Elite member include:

- Complimentary breakfast for two people
- A hotel or resort credit with each stay, valid at the spa or restaurants
- A complimentary room upgrade, guaranteed for your first visit to any property
