What are some ways you deliver excellent customer service?

"I am attentive to customers. I actively listen and ask questions so I can better understand how I can help them, whether that be finding the right product or making recommendations based on their beauty goals. I never rush or pressure a customer into a sale, but rather I am patient and ensure I answer all of their questions so they can make the best decision for themselves. If a customer has a question that I can't answer, I never make something up on the fly, instead, I quickly research it or find a colleague who can help. I want every customer to feel valued and welcome in our store and I make every effort to deliver top-notch customer service with every interaction."
